  There was a mistake made, only part of the order was shipped. This seller was responsive and willing to resolve the matter. I have respect for a seller who does the right thing rather than ghost a potentially upset customer. So overall the experience was not to bad. A good seller.

  Received order quickly. My only disappointment is that I would have preferred to have received what was pictured - 15 blades in one package multiple boxes. This makes it more difficult since I have to figure out how to repackage due to certain circumstances for the user. The boxes are unopened.
