  The item was shipped but never arrived. This can happen on the long journey from China to Norway and is NOT the seller's fault! Friendly communication, refund. An honest seller I can recommend.

  I have been corresponding with the seller since 18/May regarding a wrong-sized item that was delivered. I provided clear photo evidence showing that the item received does not match the product description. Despite 4 weeks of communication and multiple followup, I haven't receive a refund or sulotion. Each response has simply asked me to wait. Additionally the seller attempted to use the refund as leverage to influence my feedback, which is highly unethical and against fair trading standards.

  This is the third one of these I have purchased in the last few months. They are an excellent product for the price, this merchant shipped fast. The packaging was not as good as it should have been, considering this is an electronic device. However, it has arrived intact, so I am happy with this purchase, and this store 4/5 stars ☆☆☆☆

  Quality is flinsy & it arrived partially broken as it was thinly packaged, definitely needs to be boxed because the article is plastic.

  First-class quality, very well packed, in perfect condition, excellent value for the money. The telephone looks better than the photo if that is possible. I will be using this seller again.
