  I got a prompt response from the seller after purchasing and they shipped it out the next day! I was nervous the delicate glass peices would arrive broken, but it all came through carefully wrapped and padded, with the glass clearly labeled "contains glass" It was a solid experience, though I would have liked to negotiate price.
