Overall the packaging was excellent. The item was as described, brand new, with the warranty card signed. EXCELLENT. This is a seller i will buy from again. I recommend this seller 100%.

Delivery (from Spain) took a day or two longer than advertised, but full tracking on Fedex was available so no issues at all (and only ever estimated in advert). Seller seems to take more care than many, as very well packaged & guarantee stamped and dated, which is greatly appreciated.

Customs opened the Citizen Box and then just threw the contents into the shipping box. This is not the sellers fault. Just be aware when buying from overseas, your new item may arrive opened.
