  This seller provided all of the information that I needed to be sure that what I was ordering, was exactly to my specifications. The packaging that was used for the shipment was extremely secure and well beyond my expectations. Also, without requesting assorted hardware, it was provided to aid me in the mounting of my purchase. I could not me more pleased with this transaction. Period. All of the stars.   Great seller! I emailed him to ask him questions about my dryer. He got back to me about the thermostat I was inquiring about. He said he had it then I asked him if he had the other two thermostats he sent me the links. I purchased them all received them yesterday installed them, and my dryer is working perfectly. Thank you.

  Great communication. Quick shipment. Leaving positive feedback because I understand that things happen. I wrote before ordering if they were cracked and was told no. When received one was cracked one wasn't. They said no problem to return make sure I DON"T RETURN MY BROKEN PART IN 2 EMAILS, but I would have to pay shipping which I didn't care for as I asked before purchasing. Things happen . I opted to keep and I disassembled the broken one and made the broken part out of steel.

  I accidentally ordered the wrong item. When notified, the vendor promptly issued a refund. That's what customer service is about! Highly recommend this vendor.
