  These are in new condition as stated by the seller. They are of good quality and will work well on my garage door handle. The package, a plastic shipping bag, was pretty damaged when it arrived but amazingly the items I ordered didnt fall out of it and was in good condition. No fault of the seller of course!

  Ordered the part, got it about 5 days later, but it was the wrong part. Contacted them immediately and they answered immediately and proceeded to send out the correct part the next day. Took another 5 days to get the part, But that's on the postal service not on them I guess.
