  Great price and shipping but received the item with a retention tab broken off from removal from the donor vehicle that couldn't be fixed and prevented proper installation. Seller's customer service however was outstanding. Contacted them with the issue and they promptly refunded my money because of this issue. 100% recommend this seller for purchases and for standing behind their product.

  This seller is one of the best sellers I've encounter. Although the purchase didn't go as planned, I have to give credit to the seller for the great communication and help provided. The item was lost by the shipping company, as it was delivered to a wrong address. The seller really helped all the way and went the extra mile to resolve the issue. I'm very thankful and give this seller an A+++++ rating. Will not hesitate or think twice to buy from them again.

  I haven't peeked inside the packing materials in case there happens to be residual fluid, but it seems packed well enough, and came in more than reasonable time, and for much less than I expected to pay for such a part. If it turns out to be in as good condition as it appears in the pictures(which I have no reason to believe otherwise so far), then I'll be more than happy to deal with this seller again.

  Thank you your product was spot on and worked great. The most important part is she can listen to her Cd's in the jeep again. Seller was prompt and accurate on description. The car stereo arrived well packaged. I will do business with them again when the time comes.

  Received in a timely manner, but I ordered the wrong piece. I did not realize this was not for a limited. I must do better reading descriptions. Packaging was great, and the value of the item was perfect.
