  There was a mixup in the initial shipping (it was shipped to the wrong address). But after I contacted the seller, the seller fixed the problem and the item was shipped quickly (and this time, to the correct address). Item itself was exactly as described and shipping cost was reasonable.

  Let me start by stating that this vendor blew me away with their kindness and dedication to customer service. We are all human and make mistakes. That said, they accidentally sent the wrong item BUT quickly expedited the correct item as replacement AND insisted on me keeping to mistake as well.
