  This is a quality shipper!! Excellent packing! Yes, a mistake was made initially, but the way it was resolved more than made up for it. They got right on top of the situation, resolved the issue, no hassle, excellent communication, fixed everything to everyone's satisfaction, paid for all the shipping, and in the end offered a full refund and then sent the item (which is on it way now) for free.
