  The laptop was is excellent condition as described. The seller handed the communications and answered my (many) queries promptly. He is also very knowledgeable about the laptops and trust the processes he has to refurbish them. I am delighted with my laptop, I had for a few weeks now: it looks and work as a new one. Strongly recommended this seller. Excellent price. Excellent quality!

  The item pretty much matched the photo on the photo apart from a very small dent on corner. Very good value for money even though I returned the item (required extra features) and the seller was very understanding with no quibbles. I would definitely recommend and buy from again.
