  This glove was everything it was advertised to be. Brand new with tags. The A2000 is such a great glove anyway. Price was better than I could find anywhere else and the glove looks amazing.   I assure you the box was in fine condition when shipped so I can only logically conclude it experienced some rough handling by Fedex during transit. Outside of me personally driving & delivering the package to your home, I'm not sure what I could have done to prevent this situation. I've shipped thousands of gloves over the last 23 years and this is the 1st time I've ever received a packaging related complaint from a buyer. Although what happened is clearly out of my control, I'll take the loss!
