  The best experience I've had with ebay for such an item. The item was literally shipped within hours and I got it to sri lanka in 10 days. Very nicely packed and look exactly like in the pictures, nothing differ. For any inquiry, the seller has been very quick to reply as well. Will definitely shop here again, and totally recommending the seller! THANKSSS !!! Also, for hair loss this is the best shampoo out there, especially if you lose hair because your hair is weak not just from the roots.

  the incorrect item was sent (very similar box and description), and I asked about this with a photo. They responded quickly and said they would "check the cctv of packing". I thought "here we go, the usual palaver coming up"... but No. I was wrong... they agreed it was incorrect, and refunded the money. I had to buy in another store unfortunately as they were out of stock, but I was pleased with the no-fuss refund. Thanks. Now, the good woman has to wait another 5 weeks for the next one...
