With a 4.6-inch color LCD screen and a keypad user interface, the Furuno GP33 GPS receiver is a compact solution for the marine enthusiast. This fixed system is equipped with enhanced data legibility thanks to the large visual characters and high-resolution visual aid. In spite of the compact size of this Furuno GPS receiver, the Furuno GP33 is equipped to store up to 10,000 marks/waypoints, 100 routes, and 3,000 track points. With seven available display modes, including two that can be user-customized, this GPS receiver is packed with options. This Furuno GPS receiver supports both a NMEA0183- and a NMEA 2000-compatible CAN bus interface. The Furuno GP33 is SBAS-capable for better measurement. SBAS is a term used for a GPS system with differential navigation, often referred to as a Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS). This ensures more accurate plot-point reporting for the traveler. This Furuno GPS receiver is equipped with 12 channels for reliable position fixation.
