Tekken 5 for Sony PlayStation 2 is actually the sixth installment of the popular Tekken series. This arcade-style 3D fighting game offers both single player and multiplayer gameplay. Even Though there are three new characters and several new arenas in Tekken 5, the game still manages to keep the original feel and the pick-up-and-play gameplay of the Tekken series. This product is also the first game in the series to allow players to customize their characters by providing new costumes and the color of the characters' clothes before Tekken 5 fights. The variety of unlockable characters and bonuses is kept intact in this fighting game. Players can also play in the Devil Within mode, a collection of labyrinth-style levels and traditional bosses. As a bonus for fans, players can also play through bonus arcade versions of the first three games. Tekken 5 is rated T for Teen by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB).

With a shadow of a doubt this game is the pinnacle of the Tekken series. Tons of characters, each of them with its own storyline, outstanding visuals, the chance to play a beat'em up with Jin Kazama and Tekken, Tekken 2 and Tekken 3 classic versions of the series.
