The Sony SRF-M97 is a small, portable radio that fits in almost any pocket. It has 15 preset FM stations and five preset AM stations as well as a jog wheel for easy tuning. The SRF-M97 radio has a small LCD backlit digital display for menu options and station identification. This AM, FM radio has a bass boost feature that provides enhanced bass sound at any volume. The frequency tuning range for the Sony SRF-M97 is 76-108 MHz on FM and 530-1710 kHz on AM. It has a worldwide tuning feature with a 9-10 kHz step selection and a DX/LO switch. The SRF-M97 radio has an auto-power feature that turns the radio off after being idle for a set time to conserve the battery. A digital clock is also built-in to this AM, FM radio. The antenna is built into the device as well, to prevent any worries about breaking an external antenna. The Sony SRF-M97 has dimensions of 22.8 mm by 83.8 mm by 38.1 mm and weighs 59.5 g.
