Dr. Mario NES Nintendo video game offers one-player and two-player game modes allowing for competition between gamers. Assume the role of doctor Mario who lines up pills to destroy viruses, similar to the Tetris. Manipulate the two-colored medical pills as they fall into a medicine bottle that represents the playing field. When four or more matching colors are arranged vertically or horizontally they are cleared. Keep the virus from spreading or else the pills will crowd the bottle and the game is over.
