Product Information

Visit the enchanted world of famed producer Hayao Miyazaki with his hit 1988 film 'My Neighbor Totoro.' Originally titled 'Tonari No Totoro' in Japan, this 2002 Fox Video DVD release brings the magic to America in English. The story revolves around professor Tatsuo Kasukabe's two children, Mei and Satsuki, who move near a hospital where Yasuko, their mother, is convalescing after a long bout with an illness. They embark on a series of adventures with a forest spirit named King Totoro, who manifests in the form of a giant rabbit. The Fox Video version of the movie features voice actresses Lisa Michelson and Cheryl Chase as Satsuki and Mei, respectively, with 'Robotech' creator Carl Macek as the Catbus, a cat-shaped bus that carries the main characters to the hospital to see their mother.
