Marvin Mange (Rob Schneider) has only one dream in life: to become a police officer, like his father. Unfortunately, Marvin's natural clumsiness and lack of self-esteem have made him the laughing stock of his police coworkers. All of that changes after a freak car accident, and a mad scientist's intervention. When Marvin regains consciousness, he can run faster, jump higher, and smell things no ordinary human should be able to smell, allowing him to perform as a top-notch cop.
