Martin's vacation has gone south. His girlfriend and friends are all dead, massacred by an army of resurrected Nazi zombies, and he was forced to cut his arm off with a chainsaw. Awaking from the horror, Martin finds himself in a hospital with a new arm - only this arm has a real nasty habit of wanting to kill Martin and those around him.
