NFL Training Camp is a fitness program that combines arcade-style drills designed by NFL strength and conditioning coaches with wireless motion tracking, a resistance band, and heart rate monitor. More than 70 drills and challenges are included in total, with the goal of improving one's strength, conditioning, agility, first-step quickness, and other skills.
