The base holds dial indicators that are used to get precision measurements required in machining or other position sensitive work. This Magnetic Holding System provides an unprecedented reach and immense holding power. The base rotates a full 360 degrees, and the two arms are adjustable in every direction. Bolt screws keep the magnetic arms securely in place. When the arms are placed together, they have nearly a foot range and are magnetized with 176 pounds of holding power.
