This Ps2 console turns on perfectly fine but has a few hardware issues. When it turns on, it has a loud vibrating noise. The disc tray struggles to come out but does come out all the way. The disc reader has not been tested so be wary of that before you purchase. There is also visible dirt on the console as seen on the pictures above.
