Set was built from sealed bags!! Battery compartments never used, 0 corrosion in train / remote. 100% complete with original box + all manuals. Everything about this set is perfect, closest you will get to an unused built set. It has 0 dust or grime, never played with. very hard to find with box! Everything in amazing condition perfect for use, display, or both! The box is in great condition however the top flap has separated, no rips, very easy to re attach if desired with some glue. Still displays great as is. Tons of other Lego city train sets / rails available
