Zuiko 50-200mm F/2.8-3.5 SWD ED is a sharp high-performance lens for the Olympus Four Thirds DSLR system. With a focal length of 50-200mm it allows for enough light to enter in order to take stunning images in any condition, which is especially important when shooting moving targets in low light. Therefore the lens is highly versatile and can be used for anything, from portrait to wildlife and action photography, additionally aided by a dustproof and weather-resistant feature. Due to its large aperture of F/2.8-3.5 it can be used handheld in most lighting conditions. Its SWD (Supersonic Wave Drive) technology allows for extremely fast and high-precision autofocusing, and the lens, despite being a telephoto-zoom one, also disposes of very close focusing capability at any focal length, making it useful for shooting macros. The ED elements correct various types of aberrations and prevent color fringing, which makes images vivid and lifelike.
