This is for a used twice module with two keys with remotes and ignition lock cylinder pulled from a Saab 9-5. Part number 5262761 would be able to be used in any 9-5 from 1999 to 2009. This would need to be programmed into your car with a tech2 to work. One of the three mounting tabs is broken but that will not affect usage. One of the keys has rubber peeling off it see the pics.
