I serviced the unit, including the thrust bearing, opening up the motor and polishing/oiling the bearings, cleaning all grease/oil and replacing it with modern synthetics. I also changed the 300k oil in the tonearm lift, cleaned the switches, and gave it a good physical cleaning that includes rubber restoration and oil on the wood.
