Used and working as it should. I’m not certain this that was ever used, but it is sure dusty on the inside. The Ratchet is functioning exactly as it should. The sockets are all present, but dusty. The pictures you see are the exact item you will receive in the mail. I am listing this as an abundance of caution. Expect to see the dust and swirl marks on the sockets that you see in the photo. 33
