The broken bits of case and teeth were still in the envelope so the damage clearly occurred in transit. Looked like it had been crushed. Can't really blame the seller for that but that's why I've knocked one star off the rating.

I have bought from this seller several times and I’m always pleased with their exceptional value and reliability. Free postage is good, but they use Evri who I think let them down. Evri are good with advance communication, but delivery invariably fails to meet the time period, and items are just left on doorstep (very insecure). Other than this, the seller is brilliant.
