Excellent communications, really good service ( extra quick) and the product was as described and reasonably priced. Unfortunately they were not an ideal match for the purpose that we planned. I contacted the supplier, explained the situation and they and EBay advised me to return the product under the EBay method. I did this today and was advised by EBay that my money had been refunded. Excellent customer service, Thank you
