My main issue was that the wording order was changed by the seller without prior conversation with myself as the buyer. When contacting the seller to try and arrange to get what I had asked for the seller first asked me to return it, I tried to explain that I'd like a replacement with the discussed wording but the seller has ignored my further contact.
