The 15 remaining residents of a condemned apartment block are stalked by a sharp-shooting psychopath with a high-powered rifle in this tense urban thriller. One year ago, a 15-year-old boy was beaten to death in Tower Block 31. Terrified, the residents who witnessed the crime refuse to assist authorities in their investigation. Flash forward 12 months, and nearly everyone in the tower has been relocated as it's prepared for demolition.
