They did not look as pictured - no curve in the insoles. I contacted the seller to return the items, and they quickly came back and were happy to authorise an immediate return. Happily, my daughters preferred the style sent so return wasn't required. As with the other pair the canvas was initially stiff and a bit uncomfortable but will improve with wear. Good value too.

Sent a 3rd message after purchase and that was answered late, the 2 prior messages still not acknowledged till date. Disappointed also that the item description did not disclose "suede leather" upper! On a positive note, the purchased product arrived very fast and when returned, seller was immediately co-operative and issued a prompt refund.
