A shame because it was the flower design and unfortunately they didn’t have any in stock in the larger size. I contacted petshopdirect and they agreed to exchange or refund. As the response after that wasn’t as fast as I would like I ordered another larger size from them as a separate order. The new one arrived and correct size. The refund has now been received .
