I have used the cream on the 3 nights since I received it and it has been bliss to be able to sleep. I put it on lightly just as I get into bed and wear a loose pair of socks for the first part of the night. I hope it continues to give me the relief from the burning, stinging, tingling that it has done.

I also rubbed a small amount on my toes which have neuropathy.a little goes a long way .put on some loose socks and have noticed less pain during the night.Good product.
