When I tried the watch on the bracelet came away from the watch face when I messaged them they said they would send me a short video on who to fix it !!!! So I returned it with the help of eBay

That said it shipped from another city, but seller that quick to explain it. Giving you a good review cause even though I could see some glue on the watch face I admit it is great work. But the watch as I said is a looker and gets tons of questions, happy with it,
