It was listed as a new product, and it came wrapped in the manufacturer's plastic wrap. Yay! It was packaged well so there was no damage in shipping. The seller reached out to me when I made the purchase and when she put the item in the mail. While Ebay did let me know that it was shipped, I appreciate the seller giving me a heads up. I would definitely make a purchase through this seller again.
