It turned out that my usps driver marked delivered, but it was still on his truck. I received the following morning. The jacket was in great shape, and well packaged.     Seller sent a package that was shipped in a timely manner, but unfortunately delayed in state between us. The delay was lengthy… Almost 3 weeks with no updated information by FedEx in that amount of time.. Seller replied immediately when questioned on this and offered a refund. The problem was out of her hands, but her management of the issue was truly very impressive. Many other businesses could learn a lesson from that.
