    Shipping was incredible, product exactly as described. Arrived quickly, very carefully packaged. I needed a PC without a BIOS password, and the initial computer I received had a password protected BIOS. I contacted the seller, and within hours they had arranged for a return of the original, and a replacement. The seller sent me a prepaid label, and the new shipment is exactly what I needed. Seller was excellent with communication, and was attentive and responsive in a timely manner. Very happy.

    As I recall this computer was shipped from pretty far away in the NW of the country. This pluss the weather, I feel 13 days got to be acceptable for the vendor re; lv electronics recycling '/ Sherwood computers. Therefore I rate the transaction as very good the computer on first use WIFI, Charger, Connectors, Software is as was stated. Very good Packaging and Condition is acceptable would use the Vendor again and recommend. Prices are up everywhere this was a good deal.
