When received, I found the item was well packaged and had not received any damage during shipment. I definitely would buy from this seller again.

I reached out to the seller, and he responded in minutes to my email. He was extremely apologetic, and immediately refunded my money. I was bummed about the item, but the seller's integrity turned what should have been a negative experience into a positive one. Knowing how he handles a situation gone wrong, I would not hesitate to make another purchase from this special seller.

I took a chance on a pre-owned Control Master 20, got a great deal. Its new with if any, very little use! Box top not in great shape, I fixed that by laminating it completly with a tape gun and clear box tape.👍
