    I received two of these coats and one was exactly like pictured (red flannel/thinsulate) and one was NOT but it was new and in good shape and I liked it and will keep it - wish seller would have communicated better with me but it all worked out okay - I do thank you for paying the shipping though and packaging good and fast shipping.. Always remember whether you're the seller or buyer to be honest with each other on your transaction and no surprises but this surprise did work out..

    Although there was a small issue with the item (that seemed to be no fault of the seller) the seller was apologetic, communicative and the return was very smooth. I would highly recommend this seller. Also, the item arrived the day after order which was incredible shipping time.
