We leave work feeling exhausted, worn out, and disappointed in ourselves AND our workplace.In this book I'm going to show you simple proven strategies to help you flip the switch from exhausted to extraordinary! Although your environment might not change, YOU will change by learning how to decrease your stress from the inside out. As you're reading this book, just remember that rarely can anyone do a complete 180 and implement every fatigue reversing strategy at once. Instead, I want you to choose a few actions to implement and stick with them. Once they become habits, then add a few more to your list until you've incorporated most or all. It's just like learning to become a nurse. You first learned how to assess vital signs. Once you mastered vital signs, then you learned how to assess each body system from neuro to musculoskeletal - one system at a time. Now, you perform comprehensive head to toe assessments without even thinking. And, may walk into a room and know right away the status of your patient just by looking at him! Remember, just like in nursing school; take it one step at a time and aim for progress - not perfection.
