Value is for a new collector here. The note have 1 problem area that stopped my purchased. But (gossmitc) was the perfect Businessman, he asked for no explanation, merely if I would return the note and he would give me a 100% refund. In 2 days, I received a full refund and compliments. Packaging was deficient, in my view, as the coin was not properly protected from the potential ravages of the USPS. (Plastic baggy around coin, and only a lightly padded envelope.) Still, I see no damage to the coin, so this is more of an observation and opinion than a complaint. Also, it looks to me as though the shipping charge of $5.85 was excessive.
