Upon receiving said CD he goes onto give me a partial refund for damage that I DIDN’T DO, and accuses me of opening/resealing the cellophane. Having to check for a disc swap?? Come on man. Accusations like that make me wish I was the douche he thinks I am. I never accused them of swapping the cd. The cellophane along the spine was open which wasn’t shown in the return photos. The damage to the case was minor with no damage to the bubble mailer. They even returned the item in same bubble mailer. The reason for the partial wasn’t the crack in the case, it’s because the cellophane was open making it no longer new.
