The seller was helpful at that time, but overall communication was lacking. The item was shipped in a mailer bag and not a box. The actual packaging (ie. the branded box that the figure lamp comes with, it was in horrible condition. For a “new” product, this was giving very much used quality + the component that should cast the lamp light was broken. There’s no way I can gift this.

Seller is sending me a return label to initiate refund. I requested a new statue vs a refund if possible. It is really cool statue. Refund or replacement is in the works. TBD.
