I had a previous order from this seller refunded through absolutely no fault of the seller, Yodel completely lost the parcel. Despite it being Yodels fault the seller worked tirelessly to ensure I was a happy customer by refunding me allowing me to purchase another device then he sent the replacement via a different method which arrive very quickly. Honestly I wish all sellers valued customer care like this seller. So happy.
