Everything was sealed, flawless condition. The price was cheaper than direct for a brand new item so that is a huge bonus for me. Please be aware that with this set of headphones you will need a 3.5mm audio jack adapter if you're going to use it for a computer or anything else as it is not included by the manufacturer (NOT the seller's fault).
