This is a trustworthy seller, specially when dealing with buying a used controller, the condition was as expected and more than anything the Xbox controller had no problem performing all of its functionalities. The jewel case needed some TLC but everything was there (manual, inserts). Would have preferred item to be shipped in box or extra padding due to being in an old jewel case but item did arrive as shown, described.
