There was a delay with the distribution facility, and I was so appreciative of the seller for keeping me informed and even asked how they could make it right. To me, things in life happen and its how we handle those situations that matters. This seller was very professional and engaging. When shopping on ebay for music I will definitelyreturn to this seller. Thanks so much for being amazing and on top of things.

The item was packaged appropriately so as to not get damaged. I have a minor recommendation: the jacket arrived with a small dent/crease, probably from a knock in transit. It’s not that bad, but for longer shipments (as in my case, I ordered from Mexico), I’d recommend using sturdier boxes or at least some additional plastic wrapping. Aside from that, it’s splendid. I would buy from this vendor again.
