This was not the sellers fault, eBay defaulted our address to our previous one and we did not catch it in time to correct it . The seller promptly refunded the money as soon as they received the package back. So we are pleased with their response and action.

The seller did not have to by any means, and yet still accepted my return. Great customer service experience!
