It came without a PROPRIETARY power cord, making it useless, even though it was a new open box unit and there's no reason why it shouldn't have been there. They offered me a partial refund. By now i should have known better but i accepted and they refunded me pocket change. A fraction of what i paid. The only good i can say is they shipped me something and did communicate. Good experiences end there. Another buyer looking to make my store look bad. Do your research before you buy. We are not responsible for buyer negligence and this is a clear example of someone not reading the post entirely.
